Due to an IT issue there is temporary disruption to the Surrey and North East Hampshire community wheelchair and specialist dental services provided by Virgin Care. There is some specific advice for people who use these services below.
Wheelchair Services – the Virgin Care team is currently unable to carry out home visits as they cannot access the appointment information. If you have a clinic appointment please phone 0300 303 8539 to check whether the clinic is taking place. Please also ring this number if you have any problems or queries.
If you need a repair to your equipment, please phone A.J mobility direct on 020 8641 6173.
Specialist Dental Services – if you have an appointment please call your clinic on the usual number to check if the clinic is taking place. If you are unable to get through then please ring 01483 783309.
