Do you need support over the Christmas period?
The Safe Havens in Surrey remain open for people in crisis to visit in person every day of the year. You can find out more information here.
Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP) and the Community Connections providers have launched virtual Safe Haven’s. The virtual Safe Haven’s are open from 6.00pm to 11.00pm every day of the year for people in crisis.

You can contact Surrey Community Helpline by phone on 0300 200 1008 or by SMS text on 0786 0053 465 (for Deaf and Hard of Hearing residents).
The usual opening hours of Surrey Community helpline are Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
Christmas Opening Hours 2020
Thursday 24 December (Christmas Eve) – 9am – 5pm
The helpline will be closed between Christmas Day Friday 25 December until Monday 28 December.
Tuesday 29 December – Thursday 31 December – 9am – 5pm
The helpline will be closed between Friday 1 Jan until Sunday 3 Jan.
