Director: Anna Sartori

2015 04 14 Anna Sartori.jpgAnna has been a Director of Surrey Coalition of Disabled People and Surrey Users Network the organisation from which Surrey Coalition evolved. Her reason for initially being involved was her frustration with, and lack of knowledge about, services for people with disabilities.

She says she never recovered from being told to decide (by Social Services) whether she was a “Mental Health Case” or “Physically Disabled” Is it not possible to be both?

Anna is now involved in Health, Housing and Mobility and many other things besides, all to do with disabled people in society & their needs and abilities.

This experience has led to Anna being involved in the planning and delivery of sessions within Social Care training courses.
