Community Equipment Group

A group providing feedback to the Community Equipment Service in Surrey which is currently provided by Millbrook Healthcare.

Who are we?

We give feedback on the service and this is used to make improvements for the future. The meeting is attended by the Surrey County Council (SCC) Lead Commissioner for the Community Equipment Service, a representative from Millbrook Healthcare, Surrey Coalition Members, and representatives from other organisations such as Age UK Surrey, Action for Carers and Family Voice Surrey. 

Who can join?

Any disabled person or their carer. 

How much time do I need to provide?

We meet quarterly online via zoom, with one in person meeting per year.

What skills do I need to join?

All you need is a passion for improving services.

Why join?

You get to help shape and influence your local service. Hopefully improving the experience for others in the future. It’s also an opportunity to meet new people and share experiences.
