David’s trip to Virginia Water for the SILC Waterside Walk

David Muir, the Vice Chair of the IMHN, participated in the SILC Waterside Walk recently at Virginia Water.

David said there were lots of people, it was a lovely sunny day and a very enjoyable walk around Virginia Water. SILC had several distances you could walk from 10k to 1K and they gave out water and medals at the end. Amongst many others Richard Davy CEO from SILC attended. 

David enjoyed it so much he is going to back to Virginia Water with his Active Buddy again soon!
