Elle Seline

Elle's pronouns are she/her.

I am a pansexual disabled woman and mental health advocate based in Surrey. As a neurodivergent person living with ADHD and with my Roma Gypsy Heritage, I bring a deeply personal, intersectional perspective to my advocacy. While I have come to recognise my lived experience of disability more recently, I realise it has been a core part of my life for much longer than I initially understood. My drive stems from a desire to give back to the communities that have supported me along my journey and to ensure that people who feel unheard are given a clear, powerful voice. I describe myself fundamentally as an activist focused on transforming society into a truly accessible, inclusive space where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered.

Serving as a director of the Surrey Coalition enables me to campaign for long-term accessibility, social justice, and equal rights across Surrey and beyond. Central to my vision is coproduction ensuring that services, businesses, and organisations design their offerings with Disabled people right from the start, making genuine inclusion and zero tolerance for discrimination the standard across every sector.
