Hi I’m Kaushika, I’m a proud mother of two adult children. I have a passion for people solutions. I am excited to be supporting the Surrey Coalition to campaign for better accessibility and inclusion for disabled people across Surrey.

I have extensive operational and strategic experience in the world of HR across many sectors and want to utilise this knowledge to help others. I am passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion for all. I believe in nurturing talent and increasing employee engagement for everyone regardless of their disabilities. I believe everyone should have access to employment if they wish to. I’m known for my integrity, strong work ethic and ability to deliver.
