Mustafa Bilal

Following a productive 28 years career in strategic senior leadership roles at some of the world’s largest financial institutions globally, I took the opportunity to work at Surrey based race equality non-governmental organisation (NGO) to lead on social services policy design consultations.

I’m actively engaged with Surrey minoritised ethnic communities to identify and champion their voices, needs and aspirations. I’m working closely with Surrey County Council and system partners to help reshape delivery of public services. I have recently been involved with raising awareness around health inequalities within hard-to-reach and under-represented segments of the British society.

I bring specialist knowledge of investments, asset management and finance. I hold MBA in Finance and B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering degrees. I’m a qualified financial advisor licensed by the UK Financial Conduct Authority. I have completed several certifications in the field of financial management. I’m a member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF), The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), Institute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP) and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). I am an avid musician and manage a successful music publishing and production business.
