Nikki Roberts – CEO

I feel very privileged to be awarded the honour of leading The Coalition through its next chapter. I have been working at The Coalition since January 2022 as the Comms Lead. Prior to working at The Coalition, I gained relevant experience as the Acting CEO at Twins Trust.

In addition, I have established and run a peer-support based Community Interest Company that supports parents of autistic children to navigate their way through diagnosis and beyond.

I share the values of The Coalition, in particular the value of lived experience and peer-support.

I have worked closely with many members, over the last year, which I have thoroughly enjoyed, and I look forward to continuing this work and making new plans with the Board, members and staff over the coming months.
