Wendy Smith – FoCUS Involvement Coordinator

I’m Wendy Smith, the FoCUS Involvement Coordinator. I’ve had depression and anxiety for most of my life and I’m autistic, so it’s really important to me that people with lived experience are heard, valued and involved in their care. I also deliver courses on mental health and wellbeing for the Recovery College, to help empower people on their recovery journey.
