Accessibility in Shops – Purple Tuesday

It’s Purple Tuesday, a day to raise awareness about the importance of businesses improving customer experience and accessibility for Disabled people.

Did you know:

• ‘70% of disabled people will NOT return to a business after receiving a poor customer service.’*
• ‘1.8 billion disabled people in the world, representing 17% of the population.’*
• ‘75% of disabled people and their families have left a shop or website because of poor customer service and/or accessibility issues.’*
