Keeley Anthony

My name is Keeley Anthony. I am a lifelong disabled woman and a single parent, and much of my perspective comes from navigating systems and services both personally and professionally. Through my experiences I have developed a strong belief that disabled people should have greater independence, voice and opportunity in all areas of life.

Professionally, I have over 15 years’ experience in recruitment and people strategy, working with organisations to improve inclusive employment practices and support under-represented talent, including disabled people and veterans. I currently run my own business and have a particular interest in how organisations design fairer, more accessible workplaces and systems that support people to thrive.

I hope that as a director of Surrey Coalition I can contribute both professional insight and lived experience, particularly around strategy, inclusion and organisational development. I’m keen to support the Coalition in strengthening its voice and impact, helping improve opportunities, inclusion and independence for disabled people across Surrey.

I've not been out for ages; it was really lovely to get out.
