About the workshop: This workshop acts as a space for adults with learning disabilities and their Carers to share their experiences of using services in East Surrey.
The Coalition will use the workshop’s findings to help the local health board, Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, understand where services are working well and where they are not, and how they can be improved to meet the needs of adults with learning disabilities in East Surrey.

You will attend 1 workshop to discuss using services as (or supporting) an adult with learning disabilities in East Surrey.
What you’ll be offered for your time:
Each participant will receive as £15 compensation. Travel expenses will be covered by The Coalition.
How to take part:
To book a place on a workshop, please e-mail involvement@surreycoalition.org.uk by Sunday 17 August with the following information:
1. Whether you are a Carer or an adult with learning disabilities
2. Where in East Surrey you are e.g. “Redhill”
3. What your availability for this September is like e.g. “Available on Mondays – Wednesday, 10am – 2pm”, “Anytime apart from 19, 22 and 27 September”
